1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Fable Kids, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Fable Kids is intended for use by parents and legal guardians to share bedtime storybooks with children.

2. Subscriptions & Story Tokens

• Story Tokens: 1 Story Token permanently unlocks 1 story of your choice. Tokens are non-refundable and do not expire.
• Unlimited Bedtime Pass: Monthly and Annual subscriptions provide unlimited access to all stories while active. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period.
• Cancellation & Restores: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID, Google Play, or Stripe Account settings. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to sync purchases to new devices.

3. Intellectual Property

All story artwork, text formatting, audio narration, and UI elements in Fable Kids are protected by copyright law and owned by Fable Kids.

4. Limitation of Liability

Fable Kids is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive to maintain continuous service but are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
